1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the PnL Mobile Application (“App”), the PTC (Private Trading Club) membership platform, and all related products and services (“Services”) operated by Breiterman LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App or participating in PTC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use our Services.
2. Accounts and Membership
2.1 Registration
To access certain features of PnL App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
2.3 Membership (PTC)
PTC memberships are personal and non-transferable. Members agree to adhere to community rules, maintain respectful conduct, and preserve confidentiality within group activities and discussions.
2.4 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or engage in activity harmful to the reputation or integrity of PnL App, PTC, or other members.
3. Paid Plans and Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans (PnL App)
PnL offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional analytics, emotional tracking tools, and premium features.
3.2 Membership Fees (PTC)
PTC memberships may involve recurring monthly, half annual, or annual payments for exclusive access to community events, educational sessions, and private resources.
3.3 Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (Apple, Google, Stripe, or similar platforms). We do not store credit card or billing information.
3.4 Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel through your device’s app store or PTC account settings.
3.5 Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to each platform’s policy (Apple, Google, Stripe). Breiterman LLC does not issue refunds directly.
3.6 Price Changes
We may modify prices, plan structures, or offerings at any time. Updated pricing will apply to subsequent billing cycles after notification.
4. User Conduct
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

4.3 Community Conduct (PTC)
Members must maintain respect, privacy, and professionalism within all PTC discussions and events. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the PnL App, PTC platform, logos, text, graphics, and software belong to Breiterman LLC.
5.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of our Services or materials without prior written consent.
5.3 User Submissions
By submitting testimonials, feedback, or reviews, you grant us the right to use such material in marketing or media communications, unless otherwise requested.
6. Advertising, Affiliates, and Marketing
6.1 Affiliate Links
PnL App and PTC may contain affiliate links to third-party platforms or services. We may receive commissions when users interact with or purchase through such links.
6.2 Advertising
Our platforms may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of external ads and disclaim liability for any resulting interactions or purchases.
6.3 Marketing Communications
By creating an account or membership, you consent to receive updates, newsletters, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time through the provided links or by contacting us.
